Dr. A. B. Kshirsagar, Associate Professor of Plant Biotechnology has 6 years experience in research and 11 years in teaching. He has completed regional land and water development course organized by international institution for land reclamation and improvement (ILRI) in Wageningen, Netherlands. He was awarded fellowship of Netherlands' government (Ministry of Foreign Affairs). 1. He has worked from Nov.1990 to December 1991 under Entrepreneurship development cell, Nanded. 2. He was worked as senior research fellow from 1992 to 1996 at Department of Botany. He was awarded Sir Currimbhay Ebrahim and Khanoobai Nooramahohamed Jirazbhay fellowship meant for science and technology, University of Mumbai (1994-1996) for his work on tissue culture studies on selected medicinal plants. 3. He was associated with DBT, Ministry of Science and Technology, India from June 1997 to august 2000 . This is a training cum production center for weaker section in cultivation and distribution of aromatic plants. 4. Environmental expert from 18 dec.2001 to 17 June 2001 at sector reform pilot project sponsored by Ministry of rural development, Rajiv Gandhi drinking water supply mission, Govt. of India
