A competitive forum is started from the academic year 2011. The purpose of this forum is to nurture the students with the knowledge of various subjects related to the agricultural Biotechnology. The forum is run by the students. Under this activity, students are preparing for various competitive and entrance examinations for the post graduate courses. Mostly Students of third year and final year are taking benefit of this forum. In this academic year 2015-2016 near about eighty students are taking benefit of this forum. On the demand of students, a special library is started. Useful books for the preparations of different entrance examinations are issued to students by a special I card. All these activities are governed by the faculty members.

The various activities that are carried out for the students are listed below. A series of lectures has been arranged for the students considering the syllabus of ICAR, JNU, MCAER etc.
